Senior AI Engineer
Introduction
We are seeking a highly creative and technical Senior AI Engineer to join our pioneering team. You will be instrumental in building the intelligence and core logic of our AI-driven offensive security platform. This is a hands-on role for a true builder, not just an architect. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and deploying the sophisticated agentic systems that form the backbone of our “army of agents.” If you are a master of modern AI frameworks, a creative problem-solver, and passionate about building production-grade AI that can reason and act autonomously, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
The Mission of the Role
Your mission is to build the “brains” of our offensive AI agents. You will design and implement the complex, multi-step workflows that allow our agents to perform sophisticated security tasks. This involves deep, hands-on work in agent orchestration, context engineering, and creating robust feedback loops. You will be a core coder, turning concepts into scalable, reliable, and intelligent AI backend systems that can operate in the wild.
Key Responsibilities
- • Agentic Workflow Development: Design, build, and maintain complex, stateful agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain. You will create the logic that enables agents to reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks.
- • Context Engineering: Develop and perfect advanced context engineering strategies to provide agents with the right information at the right time. This includes designing effective data retrieval, summarization, and memory systems to ensure optimal agent performance.
- • Feedback and Learning Loops: Implement supervised and automated feedback loops to continuously improve agent performance. You will design systems for human-in-the-loop (HITL) review, self-correction, and performance evaluation.
- • AI Backend Construction: As a primary coder, you will build and maintain the AI backend services that power our agents. This includes developing APIs, managing data flows, and ensuring the entire system is scalable and resilient.
- • Tooling and Integration: Develop and integrate the tools and capabilities that our agents use to interact with their environment. You will work closely with the backend and security teams to productionize new offensive and defensive capabilities.
- • Prototyping and Innovation: Rapidly prototype new agent behaviors, architectures, and approaches. You will stay at the forefront of the latest research and apply it to solve real-world security challenges.
- • Collaboration and Ownership: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of backend developers and security researchers, taking full ownership of the AI systems you build, from concept to production deployment.
Core Technical Requirements (Must-Have)
- • Senior-Level Coder: 5+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of building and deploying complex systems. You must be a hands-on coder who lives in the IDE.
- • Python Mastery: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Python and its ecosystem for AI/ML development.
- • Agentic Framework Expertise: Demonstrable, in-depth experience building with agentic frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. You should be able to design and implement complex graphs and stateful agents from scratch.
- • LLM and Prompt Engineering: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), with extensive experience in advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- • AI Backend Experience: Experience building the backend components for AI systems, including vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), caching, and API development (FastAPI/Django).
- • Software Engineering Fundamentals: Strong foundation in software engineering best practices, including Git, Docker, CI/CD, and writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- • Problem-Solving Mindset: A creative and tenacious problem-solver, with the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable components and build effective solutions.
- • English Proficiency: B2-C1 level with the ability to articulate technical concepts conversationally with our English-speaking team, US-based team members, investors, and customers.
Desirable Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Have)
- • Cybersecurity Interest: A genuine interest in or experience with cybersecurity concepts and offensive security.
- • MLOps Experience: Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment, monitoring, and management (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
- • Broader AI Framework Knowledge: Experience with other AI/LLM frameworks such as Haystack or LlamaIndex.
- • Contributions to Open Source: Verifiable contributions to open-source AI or machine learning projects.
- • Experience with Graph Databases: Knowledge of graph databases like Neo4j is a plus.
What We Offer
- • The opportunity to work at the forefront of offensive AI in 2026
- • An environment where your code enables autonomous systems that make critical decisions and help protect global infrastructure
- • Real, complex problems with a significant impact on scalability, security, performance, and traceability
