Not sure how many credits you need? Read the credit consumption guide or scope your project.

Scale as you grow

Expand your license with add-ons, no tier change required.

Execution Credits

Extend the credit pool. Use when scope is stable and only execution volume changes.

Additional credit packs

Credit packs can be applied as a one-time boost or added to the recurring annual pool, no license change required.

Governance

Adjust users, workspaces, or organizational partitions without changing execution economics.

Extra named user

Increase named platform access without changing execution economics.

Extra workspace

Expand organizational separation without changing the base package shape.

Throughput

Increase delivery parallelism. Check against credit saturation, never use to hide a credit shortfall.

Concurrency pack

Expand execution concurrency when governance still fits and more throughput is required.

What happens when credits are consumed?

Regardless of the tier, once the included credits are fully consumed, any additional usage is billed under the Pay-as-you-Go model at the per-credit rate. You maintain full control over this usage through platform controls and configurable limits that can be used to manage, cap, and govern how much additional consumption is allowed beyond the included allocation.

Want to know what each asset typically consumes? Read the Credit Consumption Guide for credit ranges by asset type.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about our pricing, credits, and platform features.

Credits & Billing

Think of credits as the fuel for our AI-powered security platform. You use them whenever you put our agents and tools to work to secure your applications.

What consumes credits?

Running AI Agents: Deploying agents to perform tasks like vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, code analysis, and generating fixes consumes credits based on the duration and intensity of the task.

Task Complexity: A deep, comprehensive scan of a large application will naturally use more credits than a quick check on a small component.

Using Premium AI Models: You have access to various AI models. Using our most powerful, state-of-the-art models for analysis or code generation consumes credits at a higher rate.

What does NOT consume credits?

Your credits are only used when agents are actively processing tasks. Activities like viewing your dashboard, accessing reports, analyzing results from completed tasks, or storing data do not consume any credits.

For estimated credit consumption ranges by asset type, web apps, APIs, cloud, AI systems and more, see our Credit Consumption Guide.

On multi-year terms, unused annual credits roll over to the next year. On single-year terms, your annual credit allocation resets each year. Consumption always draws from your annual pool.

Once the included credits are fully consumed, any additional usage is billed under the Pay-as-you-Go model at the per-credit rate.

You maintain full control over this through platform controls and configurable limits that let you manage, cap, and govern how much additional consumption is allowed beyond your allocation.

You can also purchase additional credit packs, either as a one-time boost or as a recurring addition to your pool, without changing your license tier.

Tiers & Licensing

All three tiers are built for enterprise programs and scale together across credits, capacity, and governance:

Enterprise Core (T1): 6M+ credits/year, 10 named users, 1 workspace, and RBAC access control with business-hours SLA support.

Enterprise Advanced (T2): 16M+ credits/year, 20 named users, 2 workspaces, higher concurrency, and RBAC + SSO with priority 7×8 support.

Enterprise Elite (T3): 36M+ credits/year, 40 named users, 3 workspaces, maximum concurrency, and RBAC + SSO + MCP Access with a dedicated TAM and 24×7 SLA.

Yes. You can move to a higher tier at any time. Contact our sales team to discuss the transition and they will ensure a seamless migration with no disruption to your operations.

Add-ons let you scale specific dimensions of your license without changing your tier. There are three categories:

Execution Credits: Purchase additional credit packs, applied as a one-time boost or added as a recurring expansion.

Governance: Add extra named users or workspaces to adjust your organizational structure independently of your credit allocation.

Throughput: Concurrency packs expand your parallel execution capacity, adding engagements, plans, and playbooks, when you need more delivery parallelism.

All add-ons are configured through our sales team.

Users & Workspaces

Licenses are structured around three dimensions: users, workspaces, and credits.

Enterprise tiers scale from 10 named users and 1 workspace on Enterprise Core, up to 40 named users and 3 workspaces on Enterprise Elite, with concurrency growing at each tier.

All dimensions can be expanded further with add-ons, you can add extra users, workspaces, or credit packs without changing your base tier.

Credits are allocated to the entire organization, creating a shared pool that all users can draw from. You can divide this credit pool among different Workspaces to manage resources for specific teams, clients, or projects.

Workspaces are isolated environments within your SpartanX account, perfect for managing different clients, business units, or development environments separately. You can add more workspaces as your needs expand.

Platform Features

These are the core execution concepts on the SpartanX platform, and the number included varies by tier:

Engagements are concurrent offensive operations, think of them as active security campaigns running in parallel.

Plans are execution plans within an engagement, defining the scope and approach for a specific testing effort.

Playbooks are reusable automation templates that standardize and accelerate recurring security tasks.

Higher tiers include more of each, enabling greater parallelism and operational throughput. If you need additional capacity without upgrading your tier, Concurrency Packs are available as an add-on.

RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) provides granular control over user permissions and is included on every enterprise tier. SSO is added on Enterprise Advanced and Enterprise Elite, and MCP Access is included on Enterprise Elite.

Support scales with your tier:

Enterprise Core: Premium support with a business-hours SLA.

Enterprise Advanced: Priority 7×8 support with an SLA on incidents.

Enterprise Elite: A dedicated Technical Account Manager with a 24×7 SLA.

Every license also includes Platform Training & Onboarding to help your team get up to speed quickly.
